     Although we have a 20 DESIGN ready-to-print Boutique/Commercial Collection, customers can order any design in our residential collections for a small set-up fee. Boutiqe Collection is sold in 12’ length rolls that are wider at 54”, a Type II grade, PVC-Free matte yet smooth finish and requiring Paste Application. This commercial-grade wallcovering has optimal durability and strength yet it is light weight. This PVC-free material is tear and scratch resistant for a high traffic environment, and it is environmentally safe, FSC certified and manufactured using recycled content.  ALSO--durable wet strength; tear resistant, scratch resistant; contains 30% PCW fiber content; PVC-free & environmentally safe; contributes to LEED credits; FSC certified; Flame retardant: Class I/Class A fire certification.

With Three Commercial Grade Textiles to choose from, every design in root cellar designs’ is print-ready on PORCH (indoor/outdoor performance); Performance Linen (high durability indoor); and Performance Velvet. ABOUT PERFORMANCE LINEN- looks and feels like a true linen, yet this high-end polyester fabric is suitable for upholstery, drapery and pillows in any commercial setting. Sold by the yard 54” wide it weights 7.6 ounces per square yard, prints on a white base with an estimated shrinkage of 1.5-3% in length and 0-2% in width. It holds a matte, slight luster with an antique look and acts as a true faux linen textile with a soft hand and lovely drape. It is pet and high-traffic friendly
Performance Linen. Can be washed in cool water using a gentle machine cycle and machine dry low temperature or permanent press setting. Abrasion, Cotton Duck Abradant, 21,000+ cycles, 35,000 doubel rubs, no pilling, Class 1 flammability, breaking strength 125+ lbs in both directions, 24 thread count

ABOUT PORCH— PORCH is a high performance fabric perfectly suited for high-traffic areas in the home as well as some outdoor use and in commercial settings. It is fabricated to withstand some outdoor elements- we call it Porch because it fares well under the pergola, in a combination of partial sun and shade, does extremely well in a covered porch. It is water, mildew and fade resistant, and constructed of 50% polyester canvas and 50% REPREVE recycled canvas (which is made from plastic bottles pulled from the ocean). Porch is sold by the yard and printed 54” wide with a 7.2 ounce per square weight. It prints crisply and vibrantly, has supreme wash durability and feels indestructible with a super sturdy construction yet it drapes well. It is suitable for upholstery, pillows and drapery, and it’s also an excellent choice for commercial application with a Class 1 rating. It is made in the USA, printed single-sided, digitally printed with eco-friendly, water-based inks with 100,000+ double rub count

ABOUT PERFORMANCE VELVET-Inspired by the traditional beautiful hand-cut velvets from the past, root cellar designs’ New Performance Velvet is a modern version- a durable polyester knit, soft-to-the-hand with a matte finish.  Constructed of 100% polyester it has a short pile and a rich texture, this Performance Velvet looks and feels like a high-end cotton-velvet fabric.  With a felted backing it drapes beautifully, and is stain and spill resistant offering high abrasion protection. Single-sided printed with eco-friendly, water-based ink.  It is 11.5 oz per square foot and prints 56” wide, and sold by the yard.  No yardage minimum. for Performance Velvet’s debut, we introduce it on our black and neutral geometric patterns, but all root cellar designs designs can be printed on this ground.
